New Culture Pillars

Is anyone else surprised that the new culture pillars (Yes, another transformation LOL) are useless?? I mean, it’s hard not to notice all the L4 and above Exec’s ramming down our throats. I can only hope that someday in the future, these folks will realize that you can’t just talk about culture transformation. You actually have to act and get everyone on board and be willing to change.

"Believe me, Stinky hired a high price (mis)management consulting firm..."

That's what I love about this, it's just like the nps stuff - they spend millions of dollars to get someone to tell them the problem isn't them treating employees like toilet paper.

Treat your employees and customers like you actually value them and show some kind of accountably for all the f-ups at the executive level - problem solved. Of course, nobody in charge has any idea what any of this means....

I don't want to be part of any culture drive. I just want to do my job and be left alone. I don't care about BLM. I don't care about LGBTQ garbage. I don't care about your politics. I just want to do a good job and be left alone.

Do these A-Holes ever monetize anything they acquire? I mean, they dump $180B on all this chit, and for what in return?

Leave the employees alone and build a culture pillar of not ripping of customers with junk fees. Cutting cost is nothing but a race to the bottom, meanwhile, competitors are taking market share and k–ling off growth. Executives need to Wake the F* up.

It's unfortunate that successive regimes seem unable to grasp that we all know what to do and how to do it, and their constant invention of new BS to distract us from that just diminishes what could otherwise be accomplished.

Culture is formed and changed from the bottom up and is a direct reflection on the confidence employees feel about the direction of the company and their role in it.

Believe me, Stinky hired a high price (mis)management consulting firm and paid them big bucks to develop this garbage.

Stinky is incapable of developing anything...

Culture doesn’t matter when you don’t have a code of conduct! Most high level employees can engage in abusive behavior without any consequences!!

Just more BS to divert attention from their ineptitude. Every 2 years, they come out with a new load of this c-ap.

What was wrong with the old culture? It built a Fortune 10 Company and provided work for generations. What has this new culture done other than fire people and drop to #3?

Culture my a–! It is a job that you show up to do a job to get a paycheck! If the culture gave me a paycheck then I would fit into a lot of cultures! What 30 year old executive fresh outta college came up with this b—s—? Kiss my a– and get off your tablet or computer and come out with me and I will show you what culture actually is,what planet are you from?

The culture will change when we are not under constant threat of layoffs year after year. And when we finally realize that we will never be an entertainment company and get back to what we do best. Building networks. This will not be during Stankey's tenure.
