Anyone know when the LR invites will start to go out? DM have been at his inefficient best with the process. Last email said he cannot give a date. Started six weeks later than he had to. I am finding all this very stressful .

If it’s on Nov 10th, then I suppose the love-letters in form of email invites will arrive on Monday ?
Shame this has been left hanging over everyone for so long. Next week and it all happens.

DM is purely the facilitator. Decisions about execution and timings of LRs are made at a global level mainly guided by HR. DM is informed of that decision and his role is purely to ensure that his team meet their LR number and his comms team meet their HR dictated timelines.
DMs role is to run the sales team... not actively manage HR programs.
Thanks. Another 3-4 days of sleepless nights. Why didn't DM start the process back in August when everyone knew this was happening? If he had done that then this stress would be over by now. DM is really irresponsible if not incompetent for a management level person. Unnecessarily prolonging assaults on people's mental health . Wonder if he enjoys doing it.
Should be next week, most likely Tuesday or Wednesday as Mondays are generally avoided. You need to be given at least 24 hours notice to attend the meeting.
