Testing roles to be outsourced

On one of these threads here I saw some rumours that anyone in a testing role would probably be outsourced to Deloitte. Since I first heard this here, can anyone give me more insight about it? How likely is that? This is very important to me, so I apologize for opening a new thread and I would be grateful for any details.

DK knows exactly what he's doing, what Brian tells him he wants him to do. When are you guys going to get a clue?

Speculation perhaps. One thing is clear: new executives keep coming in the door making the organization top heavy when years ago, the new CEO said he was going to flatten management tiers. Many of the new are in marketing or PR roles or are inserted above currently ineffective leadership (read: DK). Perhaps these new positions are needed to build new business and remain competitive with existing business especially with the class action suit against Blue Cross at large. Yet, one cannot help to wonder if DK’s time is numbered. The promised outsourcing of the data center is no closer than it was under the prior regime, routine service desk calls now take days at best (if you have a problem with your desktop, take a day or two off - seriously. Changes did need to be made but DK literally operated it as well as the captain of the Titanic. Hence, he has been somewhat defrocked with another senior leader (with no IT operational experience) inserted between DK and the CEO. Rose is talented, but this is odd and optics-wise seems like DK’s departure is imminent and possibly board driven.
