Need technical leadership. Bean counters alone cannot do the job.
How can executive staff be expected to select the best talent when they have a limited capability of recognizing where it is lacking right now?
Seems like current admin was just a power grab. They assumed nothing was fundamentally wrong so no major fixes. Quickly aligned with the HR and business side.
Heard that Intel interviewing a Women for Sr. Maybe CEO slot Cal Tech PhD, IIT undergrad. Mid 40s ex TI strong Tech ... we need younger leadership
It's still relevant as a second supplier of microprocessors. AMD can't make them all.
Then again, that's not the kind of "relevance" any company would want to be associated with.
