People moved from ECOM to CCM & Transitions. Workload / Rosters seem unrealistic. Not sure what to think but stressed. Was just hoping for some insight.

It has become beyond ridiculous ! I do not know what management is thinking. RN CM's are stressed to the max ! Something has to give soon !
How could there not be a RIF with moving into ECOM, and moving to a different model than HCCP? Start looking for more secure positions within the company.....there’s lots of duplication of services and if they are looking to streamline and save money and have a different focus on and for the members, certain departments will be RIF....
Way too many members per nurse for CCM. Members that are complex with recent transplants, hospitalizations and many complex needs. Once again pushing the metrics and it will backfire on quality!
I agree. Seems like they are just trying to generate income. I do feel like a big RIF is coming. They do not not need everyone in the HCCP now.
Most of the ecom members I call the gaps aren’t even true gaps. Based off outdated claims. What another waste of time and money.
