Does anyone know when layoffs are expected to start?

I am going to vote no to the merger. Husky has poor assets and refineries are losing money.
they are supposed to give 90 days notice when there are more than 50 people being let go , so when they announced the merger should be 90 days from then I’d guess , before bonuses are handed out I’m sure , so end Jan - middle of February ish would be my guess

Today with PFE vaccine things may change positively in 3-4 months. Why merging if things can improve. Say "No" to merger
When the deal closes and beyond if you’re on an integration team. Vote no to the takeover.
