When are the next layoffs in Dell ?

Last year, VirtuStream layed off days before Thanksgiving. They only had 60 people though and some told to look for new jobs & others were left in the dark.

Look at your managers diary, there will be a private appointment at the same time. That's the HR departments booking.
If some HR person in your 1-1, you are out. But how do you know beforehand that someone from HR is going to join as well ?
My one on one just got moved to Thursday and I see an HR rep is joining the zoom meeting.
I saw a previous post on the Layoffs which "looked" to be from someone in Dell HR saying Nov/Dec the next round and there will be other rounds (dont know how many) up until May.
@fni+17QdeaEs no forecast yet but wouldnt be surprised with a move of some direct to indirect given the nature of the market and HPE's recent position.
I heard it's around this time of year. How much many are they forecasting?
Normally before XMAS break so people have time to recover and plan. Welfarewise orgs dont like to do WFR's on XMAS or after the break
