You think, that after all these years of trying to half-a– automate everything, off-shoring, outsourcing, and giving away our American jobs to foreign H1Bs, that AT&T stock should be going through the roof. However, it’s going in the exact opposite direction. What’s up with that?

You can't automate complex nuances that takes a human brain to sort out.
Service Now will never replace a good old fashioned excel spreadsheet that takes a person to operate.

When the iPhone is manufactured in the China, the locals actually want to buy them, even at enormous cost.
When AT&T farmed out work to India, the locals are knocking the door down to buy products or services.
Next time you get on a conference call with TechM or similar, ask them which wireless carrier they are using.

Name a tech company that innovated with outsourced tech, don't think that's a thing. Can't cut to increase revenues either. It was a bad plan all along but the people making these decisions only look quarter to quarter when decisions like these are made.
