Owe !!!! The NHR machine shop s—ed too. That’s why subsea leadership decided not to support NHR anymore. They moved out to their own place. Good for them. Just takes common sense and a little balls to get stuff done!

That’s funny. The site lead came from NHR. And all I see is how I felt at NHR.
NHR closed for the same reasons posted here. Sadly, your leader is part of a few that has ruined this company from within. He didn’t do c-ap at NHR. They just sat around and went drinking after work to boast at how much money they make. Good luck !

Too many NCRs written everyday, too many open corrective actions that won’t get addressed...supervisors say they will restrained seasoned machinists. Just shut Emmott down.

Outsource all machining operations. Let go all machinists, supervisors. Keep assembly workers and QC.

Emmott cannot machine packers. It’s amazing leadership doesn’t hold manufacturing accountable for I104 not being followed. A machinist must have another machinist double check the program prior to machining, but that never happens. Meanwhile quality writes CAPAs to manufacturing, those get ignored, and the plant leader is cool with it. The. BP is like what’s going on with these findings, and quality gets thrown under the bus. It’s amazing any customer would want to business with Emmott road. The founder would be embarrassed at the poor workmanship from the plant.

No leader. Continue to not work from home.

Maintenance doesn’t fix the sporadic power outages that occur in Long Parts. The plant throws away high dollar inconel parts like its trash. The cost of poor quality this year is over a million, and McGeath has no plans to stop the bleeding.
