Why is the 'be all end all' answer for those in upper management always another round of layoffs? We are running lean as it is while at least doing double the workload. This company has lost its vision long ago. Now we can't even implement a plan, let alone create one. It just seems that when it comes down to the wire, anyone NOT in upper management will always pay the price.
