but yes, cut labor, increase production, make sure the people get their sandwiches.
The covid response has been laughable TMs and customers walk around with only a mask over there mouths. Why is nobody in the stores upholding proper mask usage?
No one is checking temps at our store. We have never had a manned temp station. If the front door counter calls in, no one covers. Half our team leaders don't wear masks at all times. The lunchroom is not set up for distancing. I will be surprised if we stay open through the holidays. At some point we will all be on quarantine.
Agreed show some backbone its tiresome how lackadaisical store leadership is in most stores. Florida is always brought up on here it must be awful in that region.
Leadership needs to show some backbone. The 1st time a tm, regardless of title is not wearing a mask correctly, sent him/her home minus a days pay. The 2nd time, fire her/him. You have to hit them in the wallet to get the message across. They can start in the South Florida region.
Yeah they don't want it to get to the public but the public is who shops at WF so that is nonsense.

I havent heard anything about that, would be a really bad idea if they did. Under normal circumstances the customers are not the most hygienic.
