The WW VP who just left and went to the IOT company that sounds like drizzle will leave a huge hole in our internal programs and probably cause 100’s of customers in the Midwest US to rethink their loyalty.

Guessing you mean JC, and he is a great guy, but he hasn't been active in the customer base in years. Most don't know his name anymore which is a shame.
