For those of you who have seen life beyond claims adjusting, and the H**l Allstate puts us through, how did you get out?

I went into insurance sales. A lot of transferable skills and the people you talk to are nice, not mad! Lot's of companies out there - it doesn't have to be Allstate.
There is life outside of Allstate. I had to take a step back on the payscale, but have taken many steps forward in my well being.
Other insurance employers value the knowledge that former Allstate employees have and are happy to interview and likely hire.
Applied like crazy on indeed and landed another position. I am much happier now and don’t have the constant fear of not knowing if I will
have a job or not. I am with a company now that is actually hiring during the pandemic and Norma laying off.
Retired, when I had the years got another job. The job was no longer tenable. It was difficult but I am happier now
