Looks like there might have been layoffs at Pure yesterday but there's no info on it. Does anybody here know what happened and who was affected?
I have to admit, I'm getting really tired of constant layoffs and not being able to focus on my job without having to worry if I'll still have it by the end of the day.
Did they do another lay off recently?
The company always hires and fires. It is part of what they do and have shifting hiring and layoffs.
Do or die scenario. Dont do well you're let out and do well you're here. They don't like you, you'll be removed. It is however questionable they keep certain friends groups and more from companies importing bad culture tactics used by other competitors (Netapp and EMC)
Single digit number of people, all of them in Sales.
Routine stuff that happens within the sales org at any company at the end of quarter/year and not indicative of anything larger within the company.
