Shops on hold with VA for 3 HOURS

And QFC hasn’t been working, no more tech review or field assignments. This company s—s at everything. And us on the front lines have to deal with the this. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

Our MOI is a joke. The new DRP scheduler s—s. QFC and VA are in the weeds. We are an embarrassment. Glad I get to take 50 calls a day to explain how sh$$y we are.

I’m not happy until I at least double the original estimate and that’s no joke. Just keep calling back until I get what I want. I’m always amused when I get somebody that actually thinks they are going to write a sh– estimate and get away with it! We are making the most profit on Allstate claims than any other company and I am loving it!

Keep dialing for dollars! A shop told me that a VA rep literally told them to call back in and see if someone will pay for something they wouldn’t! Keep calling till someone just pays it!!! Supp 6 or 7 on a 2k hit, let’s pump that up to 5-6k!!! EVERY TIME! But you best not be charging a $50 admin fee for doing our work though, now spend 30 minutes going over a TL with me after which I’ll refuse to pay your tow bill!! “IT da MaRKet rAtE doe“ I’ll say, then load up the est with the cheapest junk I can find!! BUT gRILLes and HeADLamps are sHiPPABlE, I found a glued together lamp in Oregon for $10 less!! Here’s your rickety used suspension that has sat in a Vermont junkyard for 5 years ! “BUt it Haz less MiLes” . Your a claimant!?! Well F you then, back of the line!! Your a 40 year insured, VA is the only option!!

I was laid off on 2017 after 32 years, also the best thing that ever happened to me! Retired and work at a shop now. Love me some VA claims, I make them pay everyday!

So sad to read this everyday knowing this Allstate was once "the company you keep". When I started back in the 80's...great time of life...Allstate gave a damn about everyone! At the elaborate kick-off meetings at hotels every year, you had brunch with everyone from the janitors to the CEO. Picnics, Christmas parties, great raises and most of all, support from your manager...those were the efforts Allstate put forth to make everyone feel welcome and valued. I really feel for everyone who is struggling with what has become a dime store insurance company. Keep applying. There are better jobs and places to work out there. After 33 years, I was laid off last year. Best thing that could've happened. Don't give up. Try to keep strong and believe in yourselves. There's life out there. God bless.

Welcome to transformative growth, Ill be your guide. Also known as cut every cost possible, treat customers like garbage, lay-off as many as possible, work everyone to death, but still charge an absolute premium for a garbage product and milk it for as long as possible. This company is truly becoming bottom tier, it’s embarrassing that I have to apologize for something in every call
