Lance just patted himself on the back announcing via UPonline that all agreement employees were receiving a $1000 bonus for working during the pandemic. I do not disagree with the decision. However, what did the non-agreement front line people get for going in every day as essential employees? RULA!!! Then some were terminated in August and September after the company took three weeks pay from them over the summer. At least give us a pizza party.

Up recieved millions upon millions of federal covid money, fritz and the board pocket it and got caught, thats why we getting 1k and they where forced to bring back furloughed guys. The question is what kind of money did they receive because if it was ppp money that is to go to the employees to keep from being futloughed if thats the case they owe everyone furloughed alot of money and that is serious jail time. Unions need to find out if it was ppp and if so we need to lawyer up.

Non agreement managers don’t deserve 1K for covid they not outside in the elements how can u catch covid sitting in a office all day or in a company vehicle

Non agreement worker and non agreement managers are two different entities. Glass palace management treats the non agreement workers awful. Only they get to hear management throwing temper tantrums and belittling subordinates.

Non agreement don’t deserve it they already stealing money from the company doing nothing but sleeping in offices and in the company vehicles.... should soon be taking a week off no pay again to save more money

Omaha is full of liars!! Many new hires last year were NEVER paid their hiring bonuses. Now...I am supposed to believe this is with no strings attached???? Lol....been around too long.....this is a lie. Tier 1...tier 2...tier 3...taxes...etc.....equals not much.

Pizza can't buy happiness. I remember those parties when I worked in IT along with the fake coins and rubber coats, For the people not old enough to retire I would walk away from that place and never turn back, you will find that there's a life with many opportunities and decent bosses,

But they refuse to pay out the rest of the North Platte sign on bonuses from when they hired a bunch of electricians and machinists.
Electricians are still owed $10,000 each.
I'm not sure how much the machinists are owed.

Pretty messed up when UPPR terminated hundreds of workers after RULA...that's the company we work for...they do not care...those employees gave up their pay and then they get terminated....shaking my head..so sad
