What locations are next??
If I was in retail I would really start making my exit plans. Look what they are doing do you think there will be real retail stores that has real att employees? They will be nothing but outsourced folks who are trying to push snake oil. If it isn't abundantly clear by now att does not want any real employees they want it all contracted out because stank thinks that saves money and it provides more jobs for his financial buddies like lawyers, accountants, etc.
The will have executives and unions. Trust me they will do their best to get rid of the unions too.
If you want to sell mobile phones there is t-mobile who has opened more stores around where I live and others. nwo cesspool att want to have robots sell their phones too and also provide support. I guess we are seeing how that is working out for them. Go get a masters in computer science if you want to stay at att and you love the company. That seems to be the only safe degree there so I guess you can create all the robots.
