Anyone that is still in touch with people still working at RJ hear anything. Last week I heard that management is paranoid with changes. Every little thing is scrutinized to the nth degree. Its come to the point that nobody wants to do anything. Every little issue turns into an incident with dozens on a zoom call. Would like to hear from others on this.

I spoke to a long time RJ IT person last night. Everyone is just looking out for themselves. Some are waiting to see what profit sharing, ESOP and bonus will be this year. With RJ having billions in the bank, record earnings there should be something. If not there might be a few more retirements from people giving up.
spoke with 2 people in IT and they both said nearly the same thing, nobody wants to do anything extra, everyone just watching email and Lync. Morale is non-existent and nobody (think management) is trying to fix it. Everyone is waiting on Vin and Bella to say something.
Everyone is paranoid about everything. Nobody taking chances. No urge to think. They are going thru the motion to collect a paycheck. IT is one incident away from making the paper and not in a good way.
