Thread regarding Change Healthcare layoffs

Does anyone else feel so unappreciated???? My team will give spotlight points to everyone on the team but the people who actually do the work. Favoritism put in your face everyday. Managers giving points for people helping out one time and other people have stopped thier work to help others everyday and not even a thank you. But you're to scared to speak up because you're not a favorite and you're afraid you will be the next to be layed off. It's not right.

Coming from another company, this is the norm. The reason is because management is very insecure as they are incompetent, so they only promote and favorite incompetent people. Its a vicious cycle of incompetency and insecurities that unfortunately many companies suffer. By the end of life of a company, it will be nothing but incompetent people
