In case people were wondering, yes, there have been layoffs yesterday. Not as big as most, but it happened.

2021, that is correct. Perhaps with covid vaccine employment will turn around and so even with RIF I could land a good job with rebound.
Why is 2021 important? Because of Covid, all jobs that work without being at work can be taken on by anyone in any state or any country.

I know several positions were cut across UMR, the third party administration branch. Just heard about the cuts this morning. Recently 2 left from my team, down to 5 and looks like they won't be replacing them. Doesn't seem to be as big as previous years but don't have the numbers yet.
which departments? I expect Community and State to be the most effected in the future, as tax rolls drop.
