Seaworld is a disgrace, find somewhere where they will appreciate you.

BGT "says" you're eligible for rehire but have a funny way of never hiring those people. And they won't bother to provide an explanation, even if they have hundreds of openings.

At least Disney publicly announced that those laid off are automatically eligible for rehire.

You can tell the difference in the quality of how they manage and communicate these events and the people affected

Why would you want to go back to that toxic waste filled sinking ship? That’s like getting out of prison and then trying to get back in. Enjoy your freedom and look for work at a good company.

Why don't you spend your energy into finding a new career path, instead of threatening with trivial lawsuits. Have you all lost your freaking minds??

If you previously held the job and received no written corrective action and they hired someoneover you, sue for wrongful hiring practices. If you are in California, go to the DFEH in mission valley or online and file a claim. If you are in another park, call the EEOC. The company will have to produce documents that show why you were not more qualified to do a job you previously held over some new person with no experience (which they can't prove if you have no written documentation in your file). You will receive money even if you decide not to go back to that place. They will need to produce a lot of documents.

Why is your friend reapplying? Is your friend a glutton for punishment? Just walk away and clear your mind of this epic fail and toxic company.
