Some of these posts are so dumb and inhumane. People have lost the way they feed their kid and you on here talking about who got laid off and why. Less you one of the executives, I dont know why I was laid off. I dont know why others were. I finished every puzzle, those questions were stupid and all bad answers. I been with the company a year. No PDS yet. A lot of you are saying what folks should and shouldn't do and how they should feel being laid off. If you were cut, you'd be on here complaining too. These layoffs were a bunch of malarkey, you may have been saved this time, but the layoffs are not over. Come down off your high horse. Karma is real, people who laugh first, cry last!! Show some compassion. Hell yeah I am angry, its a pandemic and this is the worst time for a layoff. You better pray it doesn't happen to you.

I totally understand where you’re coming from. I’ve been in this company a long time and yes people do need to have a little more compassion on here, however don’t let the negative get to you. Just remember you have people who are in the same boat as you and understand you.
Op here. Karma is real. I ain't going to stoop to the same level some of you seem to be on. I said what the heck I said. If you really think the layoffs had to do with the dumb–sessment, that explains a lot. Again, have some compassion!! I need all the dang wine and yes, send me some cheese. Clearly you don't read with comprehension, some of these posts dumb as hell. Who cares about the why, folks out of work during a pandemic. I have applied to several other jobs, clearly I most be smart, I have passed all those assessments and in final phases of the interview process for all 3. Stable positions! More money than Allstate. So while you were not let go this time, you need to be looking for other positions, the layoffs are not done. Safe this time, doesn't mean safe next time. Internet thugs, it's a lot of cowards hiding behind this site...
No sense in waving the dirty laundry. That never served to help anyone. Everyone that works for Allstate, including our recently recieved Esurance partner's, have something good to offer. Compassion is needed more than anything now. God save us. I am in desperate need of positivity now.
This website is literally thelayoff.com... wtf would you post about if not lay offs? I call bs on you being able to finish all the puzzles. Probably got stuck on level 7 and panicked until time ran out.
