So somebody posted this on Chesapeakes page. Figured Id help this poor guy out and repost on here. Kind of ironic how he calls everyone else stupid and dumb but can't post on the right page. Just sayin'
"No matter what position you are in, PXD has provided you and/or your family more pay than other peers. If you disagree, than you're stupid for even staying this long. And if your that stupid, don't even reply and I hope you're on the list. Pioneer has the best insurance, yearly bonus and merit. Stop thinking you are entitled because you ain't entitled to sh&t. Do your job professionally and honestly. I seen so many of you thinking that pioneer owes you. They don't owe you c-ap. You b owe then. Just because you can't handle stress and always expecting white glove service, doesn't mean the company is bad. Go find you another peer company that held on as much as they could before doing another isp. Tell me what other peer are doing better that pioneer. If you can tell me. Why haven't you left? I'll tell you. Because you are dumb, that's why. Prove me wrong."
