Can we keep this a civil, intellectual thread instead of throwing accusations around. Keep to the facts of the thread title.
The thread is to do with the share price. Post something relevant and factual like others have.
I don’t give a chickens right leg about a midget red neck. In fact no idea who you are on about.
It’s about the organisation not one individual.

“With shareholders facing a total loss of appx 11% per year over five years. Generally speaking long term share price weakness is a bad sign, though contrarian investors might want to research the stock in hope of a turnaround.”

The good news is you should be able to make a fortune selling this garbage short!!!
Here's a compelling quote from DBT News on September 8, 2020.....
"Reflecting on the efficiency of the workforce at the company, National Oilwell Varco Inc. [NOV] managed to generate an average of -$171,792 per employee."
Maybe they laid off the wrong people!!
Yes FMC did merged with Technip and that stock symbol is FTI (TechnipFMC) which is at $6.13
FMC merged with Technip
You're looking at the wrong FMC...try FTI (Technip FMC). Bloodbath as well.
2016 FMC our competition went from $30 per share to $105 a share to date
2016 NOV went from $30 a share to $8.8 a share to date
This would indicate NOV are losing huge market share and confidence with investors
In 4 years FMC have grown their share price even in COVID and during downturns in oil price.
This is the reality of what we are dealing with. Poor management pure and simple.
And down we go again.
Crash has to come soon.
401k is being transferred to another Insurance company called Principal, will no longer be managed by Wells Fargo
Ding dong $8.96 the ship keeps going down, the stock market must have an insight into the Q3 losses.
The recovery will take a long time and NOV will never be the same, probably absorbed by a larger company like Hunting or Forum
