Why does the STB refuse to intervene? Any new rumors?

FRA is a bunch of railroad flunkies or rejects. The majority of them are ex managers with no degree.
Our employer is a bully! Seriously this is getting to be ridiculous!
Intervene with what and do what? Maybe they were actually paid off, or maybe they weren't. The only factual thing that is happening is that they're watching the class ones closely for service issues. Until the STB determines that an intervention is indeed needed, they'll sit back and do nothing.
Probably paid them off like the FRA.
