Thread regarding Allstate Corp. layoffs

The Letter or package with severance data

The package is in an esign document. You can’t see what they are offering until you sign the waiver. How’s that for transparency?

Save your document as a Microsoft PDF file, then mail it to yourself.

Interesting. Good to know. HR was emphatic that you had to accept their terms before the data would populate. Thank you for a workaround.

Save them as pdf’s and open them that way. I had to screenshot some of the docs as well. It’s nonsense.

I’ve emailed tons of stuff to my personal email. I don’t think that’s ethical.

Use the snippet tool and paste into word document and email it to yourself. Do it soon because the info tends to disappear.

And the email states to print a copy of the documents however we can’t as we are not linked to Allstate printers while working from home. The cover letter indicates that any emails from Allstate that are forwarded will be highly scrutinized. Hopefully the package will be mailed out as well.

I had same issue. Copy link from email and paste into Chrome.
