Im glad they clean house. I have made copius amounts of money because they get rid of low roster things. I call them things because thats what they are . Things in the way of me making more money.
Knowing NS, they were probably decent bosses. They’re top metric for boss performance is number of rules check exceptions. Too often you see bosses promoted to SGF that have no technical knowledges and can’t supervise for a damn. They cause delays and cost the company money, but they got 10 START plans and 4 formals last month, that’s a leader.

Heard a female employee changing shoes on an engine had the brakes cut back in on her by someone and had her fingers crushed. Dmmo's have been doing the audits since. Sure it has something to do with this.
