Thread regarding Allstate Corp. layoffs

Chandler LDU

Anyone else stressed about the direction in which LDU is going? They laid off some of the most tenured top performing adjusters and the rest are quitting but we keep getting more and more work. We were told CO & WA claims would be temporary but it’s rumored we’ll be taking on more states soon. This whole situation just s—s all around. Am I the only one?

That's why they made everyone take State Licenses. At least I have mine, be able to take that to any insurance company. Florida Adjusters License, at least I got that!

The plan is for 4 zones down from 13 regions. If there are only going to be 4 zones and there are 50 states it only goes to reason that each zone would have take on at least 10-12 states for claims. So Arizona zone would most likely be responsible for at least 10 states most likely Washington, Oregon, Nevada, California, Arizona, Colorado etc. and as the last poster mentioned expect Cross disciplines as well, as in picking up the slack of total loss and ABO etc in India.

It was just two-short years ago the Spectrum building was getting off the ground. So much camaraderie, so much optimism about the future. Now, the company executives have set the tone. There is NO HOPE for the future. It will UNDENIABLY get worse for everyone. Morale is sunk. It’s a shame, all in the name of corporate greed.
