If Sprint employees could sue for lost wages due to surveys what is keeping Verizon employees from doing the same?
They moved the goal post from 90% to 92% just to reduce employee payouts. Why not just go back to individual quotas since traffic is so terrible to reduce it even more?
@2bwz+17g6cvx1 Yes you are correct and ironically they bring the same type of bonus structure ( team commissions) back based on customer surveys. When will they learn their lesson? That old bonus structure went away because of labor laws in certain states. I guarantee by the end of this year RIS will no longer be factored into commission pay.

Didn’t Verizon get in some hot water several years ago when they had quarterly bonuses based on store survey results? That program didn’t last long.
The lawsuit was in California, all Cali people should rise up.
Best bet would be to find the same lay firm that represented Sprint. I am sure they would love a go at Verizon and Krista.
This is the exact same thing that Verizon is doing to its employees.
Makes sense having liberal leaders always moving the goal post.
