Estero RM is incompetent, only good for order taking. They forget they ARE the 'support'. Estero has no revenue stream. Push till they fill our orders. Ignore smokescreen reports meant to deflect. They can't explain half the sh– or trust these reports for themselves.
Funny that someone posted the question as A Cody. What a looser who assended to VP. Seemed like a lapdog of mo–ns running RM. Same story in a number of departments. they don't seem to miss him so he didn't matter. Same for Fred.
Yeah that’s a good point. I take back what I said about that. I realize what this site is really about and just come here to see what people leak.

Whoever just posted that sounds like an id–t. Percentage wise I believe RM did lose quite a bit of personnel. Clearly the people who continue to post here have already been laid off because Hertz in its current state doesn’t have a second to breathe of how busy everyone has been.

Everyone was in on the revenue managemnt scam! All management was aware of the fraud that was going on. I was raking in an extra $1500 a month on incentives. Managers did not care if it was fraud as long as it made their numbers look good theu turned a blind eye. All they cared was that we "took" care of it before the customer returned so they did not have to deal with a upset customer. Did this for years! Easiest money made at Hertz made up fro the c-appy hourly rate!
