Oh yes, I remember.
Not inherited from an acquisition. Remember when encrypted analytics popped up overnight and they started the ad campaign with the guy from Game of Thrones? That’s when the turned on the stolen technology.
LR numbers went up because of this I bet.
Looks like “Encrypted Traffic Analytics” is the functionality in question.

This is big, is it from a acquired company cisco inherited this. is this reason for the $1 billion cost reduction and layoffs happening now. the case has been on for over 3 months
