Those field adjusters left behind will have to come the work of the Tlsa that’s right you will hold that assignment keep updating the file send the mitigation letters send task to yourself clear your tasks etc so on top of your overwhelming workload you know gets this burden placed on you along with the new tow procedures and more to come just wait ..... more exciting times to come

So, shove MORE work on field adjusters, without more time or more pay. If you’re stupid enough to work on your personal time for FREE, you just put more money in the pocket of upper management douchebags that couldn’t do the job themselves
Yup, every non-agreed means hours and hours of trying to negotiate the value of 1 year old Benz that depreciated 40% since they bought it. Or my favorite the people that ask how to dispute the value BEFORE I GIVE THEM THE NUMBERS. Then handing off to India who will screw It up even more and further enrage the customer, don’t forget to mention the survey!
Time to go back to the shop. The field position will be untenable.
