Watching how it works down in Mexico, T is full of bozos (VPs, AVPs, CIO, CTO, etc) only to cash their paycheck, simulating leadership, wasting money as every Q passes by only to keep running on loss; zero productivity increasing the loss of subscribers. Employees working with a forced smile, fear and zero commitment, clearly? not knowing how good or bad are doing.
Out in the real world, skysc-apers, buildings, complex constructions, airplanes, nuclear plants, spaceships, etc are finished in the same amount of time it takes one of those bozos finish a business requirement, develop software (with their so called agile practices), commissioning network hw or even make a f—ing decision. WTF?! Sack them all!
