Baker Aberdeen is a total embarrassment , pay off anyone with experience and keep just the utter dregs.
They want yes men plane and simple long as willing to work 24/7 then zero importance if you have any clue what your doing.
Its why we have lost 80% of the work we had 7 years ago.
