Cisco has lost more than a billion in productivity by this dragged out LR / ER mess that had gone on since July. Disruption and uncertainty is far more costly than headcount.
Now extending Exec package to February will only add more uncertainty and further damage morale. This is an unmitigated disaster and must be intentional as no ELT could be this grossly incompetent.

It's definitely a Circus! Something we can all tweet.
And it’s not done after today. This still has months more to drag on.
I couldn't agree more. Everyone has been distracted by this for months. It's a total cluster F*#k. The Execs have their own special retirement package just like the long term politicians. I'm sure they are much more generous (even though they've failed as leaders) and they are postponing to February so they can pay less taxes. If they take their pay from 2020 and then add in a giant package they will be shot into massive high tax brackets. So what do you do, push out the package to February. Plus, it's the same as when a company goes bankrupt, they bonus the execs to stay because they need somebody to stick around and clean up the sh– show.
There is an executive ER package moved now to Feb decision date for executives. was discussed at check in.
What exec package are you referring to?

How do you know that "Cisco has lost more than a billion in productivity by this dragged out LR / ER mess that had gone on since July" ?
are ELT members posting on this thread now?
Only a clueless dolt would defend the 6 month long roller coaster ride

What was extended until Feb? Is that only the exit date or the decision making process of who will be LRed?
great points. I wonder if they are trying to get fired themselves as noone at that level could be this bad
