What???? No extra check for staying lol no one cares about the field, all the people at Pioneer care about is a free lunch and sending a email and CC’ing every one on a email throwing people under a bus. Getting them to do PowerPoint slides for a BS SUBCOMMITTEE MEETING! Lol or KPI’s that never do anything to reach the field level to help in any way at all. Nonsense, one department providing information while everyone questions where the information came from and why it is not correct, because it doesn't match up with their numbers. We have never had a management system that actually works correctly. No counseling needed for the people whom left they are more than happy to leave a company full of upper mid-management jokes of the industry. Everyone in the field doing the work cuddos to them, the poor office grinders in HWy 80 etc. that get emails from LCO people that do not have a clue about what goes on in the field and think that all we do is sit waiting for them to give us something to do well.... Just STOP LOL you make us sick.

LCO became dead weight as soon as they went to one basin. Shut it down already. Production will not be affected in the least.
Field people were the key to the whole organization this whole time. They have carried this organization the whole time. As one said, where’s the food and can I send out a bunch of emails (LCO) to look like I’m working and impress everyone.
I am one of the hwy 80 people who is gone. I took it well at first, but now it starts to sink in and the sadness is real. I know a few other folks who were devastated. They spent years in the field and then the field office giving all to the company, and dealing with lco b—s— on kpis. And now they are gone and feel like they failed while a good chunk of lco people survived. Life is unfair.
