We didn’t used to have an inspiration problem. I loved the industry and so did most of the people I worked with. We just loved to work, and would keep going until the work got done. But more and more it seemed like management was simply unaware of our productivity. That can k–l “inspiration” for sure. It’s more like anti-inspiration, and the more it didn’t work, the more they did it. How senseless is THAT.
