Thread regarding ExxonMobil Corp. layoffs

A tale of two types of workers at EM.

I will start with the good. An experience worker with many years of experience. Who was always trying to stay busy maintaining equipment. A worker who did many things them self and who was ranked in the middle. This worker was older, high paid and was easy to work with.
The bad. A younger worker that stayed inside the office area and never came to the lab. This worker played with his fish tank on their desk all day. During meetings the bad worker would fall asleep and would constantly be distracted by their phone. This worker complained about their pay and time off. The bad worker had survived two PIPs and was still working. The bad worker is described a the future of exxonmobil. When the aquarium situation was brought to the supervisors attention the supervisor said " It was good for his mental health and beneficial". This worker was ranked at the bottom constantly and was toxic to the workplace.
Some workers can do no wrong and some can do no right.

I think you missed the point, sadly.
It was the Algae in the tank he was studying.

There in the future.

My refinery is 108 years old. I know the mold!
