Yes, stay true to your values and your morals folks. Good always prevails in the end be it better opportunities somewhere else, or just the peace of mind that you’re always wearing your heart on your sleeve, collaborating, helping, being transparent etc. don’t fall for this toxic culture - it’s just not worth it.
