From my experience in engineering, all the management was ethical, even though we didn't always agree with the choices made. I did have confidence that the Xerox policies were not getting broken.

From comments here it seems this is not the case in XBS. Maybe all the changes in XBS are needed then.

@4jtc+17nrMdJG ..... I well not sure what fairytale world you are in but at XBS Southwest the ethics violations are widespread. Absolute worst HR director. Maybe it’s worst here.... but I have a feeling it’s not so great anywhere.

Totally indicative of the direction and proximity to end game: If stake/shareholders were in ANY WAY LONG on their investment these issues would get at least some minimum window dressing / optics attention. Shows exactly how incredibly short their positions are...

@4mog+17nrMdJG - I have seen plenty of examples at ricoh. Xerox is bigger so more occurrences but the per capita % is likely the same.

@4czt+17nrMdJG And @4oor+17nrMdJG .
Yes- things get reported. These posters are either HR(and part of the problem) or someone who has never worked at Xerox and clueless. Also people who do report get retaliated against - that’s the Xerox Ethics policy. Report something=consequence/get fired/performanced out. Still have doubts? Take a look at other companies in this industry “Lay Off” pages- none have the activity of this one. Why? Toxic-Unethical Company.

My ethics report submitted five months ago has yet to have anyone in Xerox look at it. $50k of abuse from local management overriding charges for customer abuse. Another $50k by IDR (Customer abuse) (but it wasn't coded that way). There is an entire school that got about $100k in parts and labor through rat damage and no one from EHS was involved.

@4oor+17nrMdJG I’ve made many reports in my time here - I’ve never seen anything come of them.

Have some integrity. If you see unethical things happening within the company, Report It. Don't just blame the Company for letting it happen. By not reporting it, you are letting it continue to happen.

Way to victim-blame.

Do these things get reported? Or do employees (fearful for their own jobs) turn a bling eye as well? Because if the latter is the case, you are just as guilty.

@4meb+17nrMdJG

So ethical that Xerox’s prior General Counsel, who was also a named Officer of the company, resigned due to ‘personal’ reasons on only two days’ notice in 2018 and was subsequently replaced by Louie Pastor, who was Legal Counsel with Icahn Enterprises. No possible conflict there…

What @4meb+17nrMdJG means is the following:

controls(turning a blind eye), effective processes(ignore issues and punish employee), competent management(yes, managers of a three ring circus)

s-xual Harassment and discrimination runs rampant thru Xrx XBS this is known.

I witnessed and experienced s-xual harassment on a daily basis. I witnessed nepotisim with executives all the time. HR always turned a blind eye!

I have only seen Xerox exhibit the highest ethical standards. I would be shocked if something came out. Xerox has strong controls, effective processes, competent management, very ethical employees and an impressive tone at the top.

I guess the common sense prevails over the ability to think outside of the paper box. I think everyone on these treads are thinking more so, leaving this "tech" company for another. But good-luck with your optimism that Xerox has a chance. Unless you are getting boatloads of XRX stock through the company's 401(k) match this year, then you are going to be on the loosing side of the Xerox demise. Xerox is going down at all costs unless and until the Icahn goonies pull a paper rabbit out of their magic hat. If that happens then only the shareholders will benefit. And when that happens, Xerox the company will no longer exists. The brand may be sold or a merger will occur. But let me repeat, XEROX the company is done. Either by failure or design. So keep convincing yourself its not doom or gloom wherever you are. I guess ignorance is bliss. Either way, employee's days are numbered.

Look for a job outside of this industry, covid accelerated the demise that was already going to happen. Time to reinvent yourself and get off the sinking ship. It’s also only a matter of time for some of the unethical things going to come out, publicly. It’s coming.

Guys, all printing companies are experiencing the same issues, why would you leave one to go to another. Put some common sense and logic into your posts. Its not all doom and gloom here.

The Q3 results should be indicative to everyone left of where this company is headed. It is not possible to hold on to your jobs when the corporation is seeing 40-50% drops in revenue. The math just doesn’t add up. The jobs should have already been shed but I suspect government intervention & funding has delayed this. That is a temporary measure - layoffs will be widespread. Try to leave as soon as possible !

Europe is on a all time low. Now COVID numbers increasing again, offices remain empty and for Wfh Xerox has nothing to offer.

If Fujifilm was smart they wouldf actively recruit Xerox sales and service, and vice versa. it would not take much to get Xerox folks to walk. A 401k, better benefits and some job security would create an exodus

I predict revenue down 60%.

In six months FX begins selling in Europe and North America, competing directly with Xerox.

Well it doesn't help that offshore can only do 50% of the work they're supposed to be doing 100% of and complaining they are overwhelmed , HCL complete and utter failure!!!!
Not to mention $195 million in outstanding invoices in XBS cores

I bet print volumes are down by 50%. Top line revenue probably gets manipulated to not look as bad.

No idea. I’m at a core XBS and our revenue not good but not sure how others did. Think depends on where you are located - north east hit harder then other areas.
