Has anyone who has been laid off or hasn’t been subjected to being micromanaged, more and more workloads, obsessive not picking from leaders, SME, quality etc?? Also please if you have something negative to say, take your comment else where because we know you bleed Allstate.

I do see an increase in workload. I guess it’s because they know they are losing employees. I would just try to stick it out as best as you can.
I never had nitpicking before or after I was told I'm being laid off. They did fire another coworker earlier last month before they made the decision which really s—ed because they were there for close to 20 years and now can't get severance.
Actually my co-workers that were given notice have essentially turned over all their duties and been given most of the day to work on finding a new job
???
If the above post by OP, which makes no sense, is any indication of an employee the company chose to keep, then the company is in deeper trouble than we know.
If you don't have anything nice to say, come sit by me
Grammar check? We don’t know what the heck you’re asking!
