I get laid off tomorrow
Monday and Tuesday will be the days that people will be let go, only those left will get to experience the TRUST ME BS
GK is going to hold a town hall meeting next week. This usually occurs after the lay-off to calm the nerves of the survivors.
you would never know anything is wrong at this place performance wise.. DI quarter results looked good, did it fail badly in other areas?
Next week they will let a lot of people go worldwide then a new strategy is released that will say nothing and just keep the people left waiting for the next round of cuts and they will happen TRUST ME
The layoffs will continue until morale improves...
I don’t understand the obsession they have with the surveys but I will say this it’s one sided. They stopped sharing the results of the survey years ago with the employees and select questions that they only want to know. This mind grab of information is usually followed another lay-off.
What do the employee surveys have to do with it? The fact that they only got 40% feels like it says something on its own...
HV only received 40% of the surveys, so they probably delayed it by a week to get a better turn out before pink slip day.
The morale at HV has never been this low. Employees just want HV to take an action and end this pain.
