I’ve been in Kansas City for many years.

I’m what you call an innovate leader. I was taught from the best to lead by fear. It is the most effective leadership style there is. The guy who taught me everything is now an RD. I myself took a temporary role doing this for a time.

I take full credit for coming up with the idea for ARD and TMP. I told people, if we sell more stuff, we will make more money. That was my idea. Consider me like the Planck or Einstein of revenue. Dude, I am awesome!

When Verizon evaluates goals, they generally say... We upped ours, so up...

Again I am an innovative leader so I will take your feedback and (In one ear and out the other) funnel it up. That’s what we do. A lot of funneling.

I’d look more at what they did moving the survey score multiplier target We are 2 months in and they increased the target for all ris multipliers ex. 90% was the bench mark for 1.5 and now it’s 92% also 1.25 was set at 80% now 85% (sneaky) yeah I don’t remember seeing that email I kinda feel violated

Unforunately Verizon clearly doesnt care about ARD and TMP since they took away individual commission pay. Reps simply dont care as much and there is zero sense of urgency to sell things .
