Just do a price change to the price listed on sign if it's lower. Then remove the incorrect sign. ..it's ok to do this for a customer not yourself or an employee. You can also lookup price .

The only law fir price is. If the tag says that price by law you have to give it to them at that price.
Yes. It is called weights and measures. It is illegal to sign and not honor prices
Sorry to hijack this post but I don’t know how to post a new question or topic. My store does not have a signing team anymore so the entire support team includeing the dock and fulfillment signed the lowest price of season sale on Friday and then today when we were in to do markdowns we were told by many managers that so many signs were wrong yesterday. It is true that most associates that signed did not really know how. Is there a law that Macy’s can be fined or can people be fired for not being accurate?
