Pembina is not a well-managed company. Too many execs that do not like to learn from the ground up and think they can just coast.
Operating too long with too much overhead. Too many senior reps and PMs coasting on fat salaries and bonuses without the workload to justify. You simply cannot function forever like that and expect to remain successful.
There have been several layoffs every month since April. It is not massive, but still happening. What is happening to Pembina? Is the company in a very bad financial situation?
