How many reps are you down in your store?
It seems like they are trying to keep headcount way down to where reps can’t even take a vacation or a couple days off cause all the stores are short staffed. Our store has 8 reps but we used to have 11. There isn’t even job openings that I see to fill the gaps.

Yep only 2 reps per day most days. S—s if someone calls out.
We went from having 25 reps, down to 9 . 3 more are leaving to telesales. Surprisingly we still manage with 9 reps . Since we are super slow
HyVee is fully staffed and and hiring if you want to clerk somewhere else.
There are no openings that I know of in retail (at least in my area). Having 6 reps in my store is considered fully staffed. Some stores have less.
They aren't backfilling anything doofus. Look at the jobs listed to the public via verizon website. big fat zero empty nothing. How would they even train people and even if they hired people now they wouldn't be ready or useful until January.
Haha we used to have 10 total reps 3 years ago.... We are down to two a day if we are lucky. Most of the stores are that way in my area. If you can take a lunch I dont wanna hear sh–.
They are starting to backfill reps. Calm down bud and check the job board
We have 6 reps. 3 managers. Typical 3-4 reps excluding managers working a day.
We have 7 in our store so there is about 4 to 5 working per day.
