This used to be a site where people would post speculative comments about life.
Not it basically just a site where leaders and worker bees banter back and forth and troll each other.
It’s for real the most passive aggressive place out there. Employees, send the feedback up the proper channels or leave the company like I did. Leaders, take care of your people and listen to their concerns. If this is going to work we need some unity.
I left in 2017 after watching people get fired for no reason other than to cut costs. I worked at the Topeka, Ks store.
