Hi! I'm a long-term staff member and curious what all you corporate folks want us agencies to know. We are incredibly frustrated with what's going on now - just wondering if you have anything you'd like the agency force to know.

We are frustrated too. I would tell the agents to be more kind to the Allstate employees they deal with instead of being a-holes constantly. We aren’t against you. Stop acting like we are. Also you guys won’t have the option of calling in anymore it will only be chat.

Actually the agents role is more important than ever and what’s going to keep improving is our rates and our need for agents and support staff most of the people on this site are people have lost there job from Allstate cutting them because they’re costing them money not making money for the company. Allstate agents are making money the
90% of the money for the company so if you like where you’re at and you’re good at it you should be fine and you can make a lot of money
Get out while you can I spent 20 years in an agency and saw the handwriting on the wall when Allstate started making changes a few years ago. I made the change and couldn’t be happier my home work life balance is awesome now I’m working from home 100 percent at least until at earliest March or next year expecting it too be longer. I’m no longer micro managed I do my eight hours and am free for the day. My days consist of doing any and everything I was never able to do while confined to an Allstate Office all day. No home office calls and headache tickets underwriting rejects bad home inspections b–ching customers nagging sales leaders. Etc There was no advancement jealous back stabbing coworkers I don’t miss a thing from Allstate. I took all the experience from Allstate more than doubled my salary and now work in a supervisory role. The company has turned into a complete sh– show and I’m so very blessed and thankful I am no longer working with the company.
I would say two things:
1) You've outlived your usefulness.
2) The good news is that even if HO could bring themselves to admit it they don't have any idea what to do about it.
