Evidence

A reply to a post stating I don't have evidence about Cisco HR lying or discriminating.

Some but not all of the evidence is with the Equalities and Human Rights Commission in the UK, the case has merit, if I read the findings correctly. The next stages on whether to pursue Cisco and individuals within Cisco for prosecution is being discussed.

The point is if the equalities commission believe a discrimination case has merit then why when a discrimination case against Cisco HR is made, do Cisco ignore it? If so serious and there is zero tolerance against any form of discrimination. My MP is also raising the case. Why do Cisco ignore it.

It's because Cisco HR lie. I truly am ok with providing the evidence, its a UK case. My MP is involved, the ICO have put Cisco on watch and the evidence was submitted and accepted by the parliamentary sub committee looking into the miss use of NDA's. I'm not posting here for money but to get Cisco to tell the truth so employees don't have to go through what I am going through and that Cisco do as they say they will do in their code of conduct, which HR are there to enforce. I ask nothing more.

Concerning the person above accusing me of being a nut case, I am happy to share all the evidence, it's recent and valid. If you have something constructive to share please do. Ask your employee relations director for the evidence. The point here is not Cisco but those who abuse the governance in Cisco. It clearly states you should feel free to come forward with any concern knowing you will be treated fairly. How can that be possible when those charged with upholding the code of business conduct actually lie and discriminate. I was a double sale champion, but I would not break my employee contract or expose my customer to unnecessary risk. I refused to submit a bid which was not approved. The product did not physically exist and I was exposed, all I asked my director for was Cisco to authorise the bid. I found myself on the next LR list. I must say it was nice of the director to send a Facebook Friend request 4 days before terminating my contract. When Cisco found out through the data disclosure e-mails they sidelined him but that did not help me, he had accused me of terrible things without any evidence. He, and only he, identified me on multiple occasions over a period of 5 months of suffering from mental health and emotional health issues, he did not raise this with me no one else in Cisco raised any concern yet it was so serious he requested security outside meeting rooms Cisco admit the most serious accusations were verbal and no evidence, yet no apology. I am doing this because I believe in the Cisco governance but not those that abuse it.
