There has been so much dissatisfaction with how Allstate has been handling recent issues that I'm not surprised to see so many people moving companies - even when they are transferring to jobs that give them no more job security than they have/had here. That didn't have to happen. But with the leadership team we have, that is what we got. So I can't blame anybody for wanting to leave this place.

This company is straight poison straight from the depths of Hell. I was deemed safe but know that means very little for the future and have zero respect or trust for anyone in leadership in this company. Only lies and self serving lip service from cowards reading corporate jargon to cover their own overpaid and unqualified hides. I am here only for a paycheck, you get average mediocre work from me going forward. The bare minimum to keep my job. And I pray I get laid off with a severance package for my 22 years tenure in the next year or so. More lay offs are coming with their multi-year Transformative Growth nonsense and I hope I do not have the misfortune if being deemed safe again. I am jealous of those who were let go from this pathetic mess of a company.
Agree completely, but when you're referring to the Allstate corporation "leadership" should always appear in quotes.
They don't have any strategy or viable ideas, just a misguided but firm belief in their own brilliance
